In Memory Of... Wreaths

In Memory of Wreaths are made from flowers and other foliage gathered after the funeral. The flowers are dried for up to a month depending on the type of flower or foliage. They are then arranged based upon personal preferences of the customer. These wall-hanging wreaths coupled with a photo provide a personal memorial that can be as healing as they are beautiful. Each one is individually handcrafted and no two are ever alike.

In Memory Of...Quilts

In Memory Of Quilts are individually created and can be either quilted or tied. They can be made with many different color combinations based upon the preferences of the customer. Each one is adorned with several panels that have pictures, hand written notes, or just about anything that can be copied onto paper. Similar to the wreaths, these are a beautiful and personal to keep a part of your loved one close to you. Also, due to each one being handcrafted for each individual, no two are exactly the same.

Quilt Patterns

Here are a couple basic patterns for my quilts. I use this basic design to start with. Most of the square blocks are 8”x8” and are arranged in different color patterns for the quilt top. The center picture can be up to an 11”x17” picture. I have added a couple of pictures to one of the patterns to give you an idea of what it starts to look like. Let’s get started!!!

1- Choose the size of quilt you would like
2- Decide which colors you would like to have. Note: For the Sitting/Reading Quilts, we have found that one main color and up to 3 accent colors work best. For the Lap Quilts, one main color and up to 2 accent colors work best.
3- Decide which pictures/hand written notes etc. you would like on your Quilt. Note: For the Sitting/Reading Quilts we like to use up to 16 pictures in the blocks, and up to 11”x17” picture in the center. For the Lap Quilts, we like to use up to 7 pictures in the blocks, and up to 11”x13” picture in the center.
4- Get in contact with us. You can email me your pictures and color choices and we will contact you with a draft of the quilt top for your approval before assembly.

In Memory Of...

These wreaths and blankets make wonderful gifts for anyone having to endure the difficult process of grieving for loved ones. They provide a personal touch that lasts forever. Please remember that to create a wreath from the flowers at the funeral, plan to have someone gather them directly following the funeral.
